Eligible applicants: College Students or graduating high school seniors continuing their education in Law Enforcement.
This scholarship is given in memory of Shirley Grover. Created in 1997 by then President Jessica Kimball as her President's Project. Shirley became a member of Soroptimist International of Ukiah in 1976. She retired from the City of Ukiah Police Department in 1995 after 37 years of service. Shirley passed away in 2011. Shirley had a heart of gold, dedicating her time and money to many non-profit organizations.
